PRODUCTS REFUND POLICY
Our products are all meant for personal usage and as such very subjective in user response after wearing, applying or consuming. For example, our attar will be freshly decanted into a sterile bottle only upon point of sale. As such attars and oud or sandalwood oils are rather personal since they can evoke and trigger memories and emotional response in an individual, and due to the 100% pure nature of the absolutes and raw materials used which are cautiously weighed by the gram, we therefore cannot issue returns or refunds on our attars and oils while ensuring the same quantity and quality to the next customer if we do so. Therefore, similar to the above example, any wearable item or consumables from KANGIITEN will also not be refunded or exchanged upon shipment.
DISCLAIMER AND SAFETY INFORMATION
Attar oils and wearables made of fragrant wood materials or crystals are not for oral consumption. No liability will be assumed by Kangiiten or its employees or affiliates for any claims arising out of the use or misuse of these oils. Please keep these oils and small objects safely away from children. If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, have cardiac issues, epilepsy, high blood pressure, diabetes, or any other medical condition that can be adversely affected by essential oils or fragrances, contact with wood and stone, please seek the advice of a health professional before using them.
As oils are highly concentrated, they may cause skin irritation. Keep all essential oils, perfume oils and fragrance products away from eyes and mucous membranes. It is advisable to do a skin test before actual usage. Apply a small amount, less than a drop, to the skin on your inner arm. Do not use if redness or irritation occurs. If redness, burning, itching or irritation occurs, stop using the product immediately and wash with soap and water to clean the affected area. If self treatment is not effective, do consult a medical professional.

When you visit Kangiiten website or Instagram/Facebook Account or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. It is assumed that you then consent to receive communications from us electronically. PLACING ORDERS FOR GOODS
You acknowledge that all Goods purchased under these Terms are intended for personal non-commercial use only and will not be re-sold. If you place consecutive or separate Orders, we cannot consolidate your Order. A separate Delivery Fee, if applicable, will apply to each Order. Subject to any applicable quantity restrictions, you may order as many Goods as you wish in one order. If Kangiiten cannot fulfill your entire Order due to insufficient quantity in stock, we will ship only the portion that is available. If your Order is only partially fulfilled for this reason, you will receive a refund for any money paid in excess.
Kangiiten reserves the right to accept or reject your Order for any reason at any time. If Kangiiten rejects your Order for reasons unspecified, you will receive a refund of any money paid. Refunds are performed via our third-party payment processors. This process usually takes 5-14 business days to complete. Kangiiten has no control over this delay and will not accept any responsibility or liability associated with it.
SHIPPING PROCESS
We only ship to the billing address keyed in by the customer. Make sure you have your correct and full name and address filled in at check-out, as orders may have to be signed for upon delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse to ship products to countries or regions where we think safe and dependable delivery is not possible. We reserve the right to change which countries and regions would fall into such a category at any time.
We reserve up to 7 days to process each order before it is shipped. The time between shipping out and delivery at destination may vary according to logistics provider, carrier and other circumstances outside the control of Kangiiten. Kangiiten does not accept any responsibility for any actual or perceived damages or losses of any kind, caused by this.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Kangiiten are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk, of delay, or of loss and title for such items pass to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier.
IMPORT DUTIES
Buyer is responsible for any and all import duties, custom fees, and taxes that may be added by the authorities of the destination country.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Kangiiten and its associates shall attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Kangiiten does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Kangiiten is not as described, kindly write to us but do note that, as mentioned above, no refunds or exchange is possible upon successful shipment.

PRODUCT USE
The attars, oils and other products sold by KANGIITEN are safe to use on fabric, any use touching bare skin should be carefully tested beforehand with a tiny drop of oil (please refer to DISCLAIMER AND SAFETY INFORMATION) and immediately ceased and removed if any irritation occurs. It may not be consumed or ingested. It may stain textiles and other surfaces. KEEP AWAY from children and animals. Its intended use is purely aesthetic and for appreciation only.
APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting KANGIITEN, you agree that the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and KANGIITEN or its associates.
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to KANGIITEN or to products you purchase through KANGIITEN shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Singapore, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate KANGIITEN's intellectual property rights, KANGIITEN may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state.
